Our Estimators turn a set of drawings into an accurate, competitive number. You'll perform quantity takeoffs for framing, drywall, acoustical, and specialty scopes and assemble bids that win work without leaving money on the table.

This role suits someone precise and fast who understands assemblies, can read a spec section, and knows how a wall actually goes together — because the estimate has to match how the field will build it.

• Perform quantity takeoffs for framing, drywall, ACT, and specialty scopes
• Solicit and level material and supplier pricing
• Assemble complete, competitive bids through BuildingConnected
• Review plans and specs to define scope and catch exclusions
• Coordinate with PMs on buyout and hand off awarded work cleanly
• Track bid results and refine unit costs over time
