Project Manager

Run federal and healthcare projects from buyout through closeout — submittals, schedule, cost control, and the GC relationship.

Full-time · Salary · Monroe, LA office + regional project sites · Always Hiring
1A-001
The Role

Our Project Managers own the commercial and contractual side of a job from buyout to closeout. You are the general contractor's primary point of contact and the person accountable for the budget, the schedule, and the paperwork that keeps a federal or healthcare project moving.

This is a role for someone who can run submittals and RFIs without being chased, see a schedule risk three weeks out, and hold a subcontract's scope line by line. You'll be backed by an owner who has done the work and a field team that knows how to build it.

What You'll Do
  • Own project buyout, submittals, RFIs, and the overall schedule
  • Manage budget, cost control, billing, and change-order negotiation
  • Serve as the primary contact for the GC and design team
  • Coordinate material procurement and long-lead items with the field
  • Review shop drawings and coordinate scope with other trades
  • Drive closeout — punch, O&M, warranties, and final billing
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years managing commercial interior or specialty subcontract work
  • Experience with federal, healthcare, or institutional projects
  • Command of submittals, RFIs, scheduling, and change management
  • Familiarity with Procore, BuildingConnected, or similar platforms
  • Ability to read and hold a subcontract scope of work
  • Strong communication with GCs, designers, and field crews
