Superintendent

Our Superintendents run the field. You set the manpower, sequence the work, hold the safety standard, and answer for the quality of everything that gets installed — from first layout to final punch.

You'll coordinate daily with the GC's superintendent, keep crews productive and safe, and catch detail problems before they become rework. On federal and healthcare sites, the inspection standard is the daily standard.

• Plan and direct daily manpower, sequencing, and material flow
• Own site safety — enforce the plan, lead toolbox talks, keep a clean site
• Run quality control to the drawings, specs, and rated assemblies
• Coordinate with the GC and other trades in daily huddles
• Track production against the schedule and flag slippage early
• Manage layout, inspections, and punch through closeout
