Durwood is delivering interior systems for the B-21 Software Integration Lab at Tinker Air Force Base — a mission-critical facility supporting the U.S. Air Force's B-21 program software sustainment and integration.
Awarded to prime contractor BL Harbert International under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on a $337.3M contract, the project transforms an existing structure with new elevators, secured spaces, and conference and training areas — all built to Department of Defense UFC and antiterrorism / force-protection standards.
Beyond standard framing, drywall, and acoustical scope, the work includes unistrut and slotted-channel support systems — the structured backbone a software-integration environment runs on. Every penetration, support, and assembly is coordinated to a federal standard before it reaches the field.
