We self-perform structural cold-formed metal framing (CFMF) — exterior load-bearing walls, curtain-wall backup, parapets, and the heavier-gauge studwork that has to be engineered, not just installed to a partition schedule.

On federal and healthcare envelopes that means correct gauge and spacing for the wind and seismic loads, coordinated slip and deflection detail, and connections that hold up under structural inspection. We build it once, to the engineer's detail.
